Are you ready for the Sims 4 Vintage Dresses? Pick your favorite look! The modded game has tons of clothing and accessories to be found, including amazing vintage dresses.

The “sims 4 vintage cc pack” is a mod that adds new items to the game. The mod includes 8 new dresses, 2 new tops, and 1 dress for toddlers. The mod also comes with tons of CC.

The term “vintage” does not relate to a specific historical period.

It’s a catch-all name for items from several epochs.

Vintage clothing (particularly styles from the 1900s) is highly recognisable, even if the definition is a bit hazy. Vintage gowns, in particular, are a terrific way to add variety to your Sim’s wardrobe, whether he or she is a “born in the wrong century” type or a true historical sim.

Of course, when it comes to historical clothes, nothing beats CC!

And I get the impression that antique clothes isn’t high on EA’s priority list.

So, in that spirit, I’ve put together this collection of stunning antique gowns for you to admire.

1. 1930s Dresses of Ida, Annie, and Elsie

These garments are said to be created from grain sacks made of cotton.

Isn’t it some impressive handiwork?

Fabric type may be ignored by The Sims 4, but it’s a significant aspect in antique clothes, particularly dresses.

Following the booming twenties, the filthy thirties were a period of massive economic downturn in both the United States and the rest of the globe.

But, as time passed, women in the 1930s started creating gowns out of used cotton grain sacks in order to save money.

To stimulate sales, the firms began to decorate the flour bags.

Regardless, they produce some extremely attractive antique gowns!

2. Lace Dress from the 1920s

The Roaring Twenties is a popular period for vintage fashion inspiration, particularly for those interested in American fashion history.

Imagining the opulent parties and party attire of the 1920s is always entertaining!

Even while I know the time period had its own set of troubles (and you couldn’t play The Sims 4 back then), it’s still fun to fantasize about the apparently Gatsby-esque lives that people enjoyed.

Flapper dresses are among the most popular styles of the 1920s.

However, this modest lace dress CC retains all of the era’s beauty.

3. Edith’s Outfit

Edith Dress 1900s for The Sims 4

Take a Look At This CC

The Edith dress is a vintage fashion lover’s dream come true, since it is both scholarly and feminine.

The dress’s shape and puffy sleeves are plenty to make it appear old, but it’s the necktie that truly sells the complete outfit!

Despite the Edith dress’s evident vintage appeal, it’s simple to see it in a contemporary situation.

It also doesn’t hurt that this CC is available in a whopping 45 different swatches, ranging from floral and checkered to plain and pinstripes.

The Edith dress is a terrific choice for staying true to a period or just enjoying some nice attire.

4. Eleanor’s Outfit

Eleanor Dress from 1950s / Sims 4 CC

This dress may seem similar to the Edith dress to your casual vintage fashion enthusiast.

It features puffed sleeves, a maxi skirt, and a necktie, after all.

But if you look beyond the superficial characteristics, it’s evident that this dress is a true vintage item.

Everything about this dress screams 1930s fashion, from the way the waist is pinched to the way the yoke is created to the way the skirt falls.

Nonetheless, it wouldn’t look out of place on a modern librarian — or a really well-dressed Sim mother!

5. Day Dress in the 1910s

1910s Day Dress / TS4 CC

The 1910s aren’t as well-known as previous decades.

What exactly is it if it isn’t the 1920s or later?

That’s what! It’s still full of great fashion heritage!

This antique 1910s day dress is warm, stylish, and well-deserving of your attention.

It includes ten swatches (3 of which are dark neutrals) and an elegant style similar to outfits from the 1930s, but with a completely distinct design.

Lydia Dress, No. 6

Lydia Dress 1800s for The Sims 4

The Regency period will be familiar to any Bridgerton fan, at least in idea.

However, the Bridgerton’s portrayal of the Regency period was far from accurate.

Dzifasims can accomplish something “historical” TV programs couldn’t: create accurate costumes!

This CC is based on Lydia Poultney’s real-life Regency period outfit, which she wore in 1809.

This Lydia clothing is ideal for historical reenactment sims because of the added degree of historical realism.

Although the original dress’s gold tone is difficult to match, this CC makes a valiant effort with its 18 color swatches.

7. Fashion Set for a 1920s Party

1920s Party Fashion Set / Sims 4 CC

In terms of historical fashion, the American 1920s would be incomplete without flapper outfits and party wear.

Many Americans had money to spend and fresh ideas to discuss, and one of the many outcomes of this fact was flapper party gowns.

Flappers despised tradition and sought to break free from it.

If your sim wears this party attire, they’ll be doing the same thing no matter what century they reside in! It comprises a dress with 11 swatches, a fur coat with 6 swatches, and a hat/headwear (11 swatches).

Addy’s Surprise is number eight on the list.

American Girl dolls and tales have long been regarded as a unique window into American history.

Even if they were not a part of my youth, I can appreciate their allure!

Unlike the majority of the other historical gowns on this list (which are largely from the 1900s), Addy’s Surprise is from the 1860s and is for a tiny sim girl.

The dress’s worn-in aspect, on the other hand, simply adds to its charm.

This CC may be worn for weekend visits to town, a schoolgirl’s costume, or anything in between, with a few colors to select from and a giant bow around the waist.

Coat worn by Doris Day

Doris Day Coat / TS4 CC

The Doris Day coat, a self-described “sorta 60s” coat, is another classic piece that fits in both historical and current situations.

This Doris Day coat isn’t simply another dress CC named for a random lady, despite its potential to fit well with present fashion.

No, this coat was inspired by a garment worn by Doris Day in one of her films in the 1960s!

That, in my opinion, makes this coat definitively 1960s – not somewhat 1960s.

Because the mesh is completely bespoke, you won’t need to download any gamepacks to get this coat.

You’ll be able to further personalize your clothing thanks to the 12 patterned recolors available.

10. Practical Suit from the Late 1910s

Late 1910s Practical Suit (Female) Sims 4 CC

Throughout history, women have worked.

In the 1910s and 1920s, however, more women than ever before entered the workforce.

Practical and professional “suits,” such as the one depicted in this CC, are essential for any working woman, and your sim is no exception!

But don’t be concerned:

This utilitarian suit comes in enough colours to keep your sim’s wardrobe new, even if they need to dress correctly for their employment.

There’s also an additional swatch with a red cross armband in addition to the 12 colors.

11. Beatrice’s Gown

Beatrice Dress Old-school CC for The Sims 4

It’s evident where the Beatrice dress gets its influence after glancing at the 1910s utilitarian suit (or if you’re acquainted with other antique women’s work uniforms).

There are a few variances, such as the placement of the buttons on one side, but the overall aesthetic is similar.

Nonetheless, this CC has a somewhat contemporary twist:

It’s far more form-fitting than many previous periods would have permitted!

Plus, among the 45 swatches, there are a couple that seem to be fairly current.

For example, I doubt many ladies in the 1910s would wear imitation cow print.

12. Winter Coat from the 1940s

1940s Winter Coat Dress / Sims 4 CC

Vintage fashions, especially for ladies, are known for having more layers than their modern equivalents.

Even in the heat, medieval ladies were known to dress in layers.

This is especially true in the winter, and I must say, layering in the cold is infinitely more appealing than layering in the summer!

This CC is a winter costume inspired by the 1940s, complete with a coat.

The coat, skirt, hat, and stockings are all one piece, however there are 9 swatches with various color combinations for the coat, skirt, and hat.

Sarah Dress (No. 13)

Sarah Print B&W Dress for The Sims 4

Swing dance, which gained popularity in the 1930s and 1940s but has a long and illustrious history, deserves to be celebrated, if only for the wonderful outfits it brought with it.

This Sims 4 CC was inspired by ColoresUrbanos’ real-life sewing endeavors, so you can be sure it’ll be the perfect outfit for twirling and swirling!

There are no solid colors in this CC, and just four swatches are given. So, although I can’t speak to the historical veracity of newspaper print swing dresses, there’s no disputing that they’re adorable.

14. 60’s Fashion

1960’s Dresses / Sims 4 CC

Unbichobolita created this recolor of an adorable (but extremely contemporary) minidress using another custom mesh created by Sentate.

This recolor simply emphasizes how vintage has become the new contemporary.

The original dress’s slinky sequin dresses and crisp modern designs have been replaced with colorful and abstract motifs from the 1960s.

Some may argue that they are too loud.

But, in my opinion, they are just loud enough!

With this CC, you’ll receive eight new designs inspired by the 1960s.

15. TS4 Clothes Set from the 1970s

70s Clothes & Dresses for The Sims 4

Take a Look At This CC

The 1970s were full of vivid colors and bold designs, much like the 1960s.

Women’s clothes grew less conservative as the decades passed, and women were able to experiment with their style in ways they had never been able to before.

Not only do you get minidresses and short skirts in this CC pack, but you also get blazers, sleeveless shirts, and even the iconic 70s high boots.

Each item is also available in a variety of swatches.

Dresses may be the focal point of our list, but you can’t really call yourself a retro dresser without the rest of your ensemble!

The “sims 4 70s cc pack” is a mod that adds 70s vintage clothing to the game. It includes new fashion styles, hairstyles, and accessories.
